Toilets and other drains backed up into the showers and garden tub. They cleared the blockage on Saturday then came out today to put a camera down the clean out to diagnose the problem. Half way from the clean out to the main sewer line a connection has separated. We have an appointment on July 6 for them to come out and dig up the line to fix the problem.

24hr service is a must I think for a service company. Plumbing issues don't adhere to a schedule :( thank goodness for this company they answered and promptly got on task. Thank you Thank you!!!
