Both my kitchen and tub faucets had been leaking for a while and I decided it was high time I called someone. I had called a plumbing/HVAC company I have used before but they wanted $78 to just come out and give me an estimate. I didn’t really want to spend $78 to see how much the actual work would cost me.
Then I saw a post on Nextdoor about Chris Waterhouse at H2O House Plumbing. He gave free estimates, has been a plumber for 30 years, is bonded and licensed, served in the Air Force and was a Desert Storm vet, which all sounded great to me, so I decided to give him a call.
I explained the issues and he was able to give me a ballpark figure over the phone. He came out a few days later and installed the new kitchen faucet (which I had purchased myself), and repaired my tub faucet. He was efficient and took care of the both issues an just about an hour! No more drips!
He even took a look at my water heater and because it was 20 years old, gave me some tips on what to look for if it starts to fail.
The cost was very reasonable and I am very pleased with his work and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.
