Dallas Hughes came out to my home to give an estimate on the installation of air conditioning and a furnace. He was very professional, polite and well mannered. Dallas was great at answering my questions and providing the necessary information so that I could make an informed decision about this purchase.UPDATE** Purchased new HVAC system with thermostat and duct extensions . Included PandaCare (an excellent value). Because I live in what was originally a singlewide trailer, Jeff, Karl and the gang hit a few snafu's with the install but everything was eventually rectified. I know the job ran longer than expected and probably included a bit more in materials than what they counted on. Strongbuilt also had to have a subcontractor come in and re-do the front of my furnace closet. I must admit that I'm very pleased with the work that was done. Everyone that came out here was very polite and courteous. They all had awesome personalities and were a joy to be around.Next UPDATE** Had kitchen sink back up and after diligent effort on my part, gave in and called Strongbuilt. The tech came out same day and got everything going again. Text informing me of impending arrival. picture of tech, etc. Because he had to do some extensive work to clear the kitchen drain, and after a complete explanation, he charge me $116 which I happily paid. A week later, my money was fully refunded.3rd UPDATE** Strongbuilt came out to check over my system since it had been about 6 months. Everything was great and the tech even changed my filter for me.4th UPDATE** Strongbuilt reached out to schedule my annual water heater flush. Tech was efficient, explained everything as he performed the service. He recommended that I replace the flash valve with a brass one so that I wouldn't have any issues with it in the future.I have been very pleasantly surprised by every encounter I've had with StrongBuilt personnel Each and every one has thoroughly answered my questions and explained what they were doing and why.
