My Wife and I had to get a new air conditioning unit. Chris from Picture Rocks came out immediately and ran his tests and although we needed a complete replacement of our unit, it was actually a good experience. It was hot for a few days but, it could have been much worse had we not used Picture Rocks. They were extremely professional and on time. Chris and his crew walked us through what they were going to do, what it was we were really getting with the unit, and took the time to explain all the features.
