Avoid these crooks. My main sewer line was backing up, so i called them. They came and tenant let them in and then i was there 20 minutes later and he said he was all done... great, SO I THOUGHT...
Fast forward 2.5 weeks, same issue. I call them up and tell them the situation, he said no warranty on any work at all. That is fine, I can live with that and even told him I can pay another $80, but I need assurance that I dont need to call and pay every 2-3 weeks. But what I cannot live with is I cleaned the main line out myself this time, and I got out enough roots to fill 2-3 shoe boxes! ( yes I have pics for the state attorney general, and tenants are aware of this as well)
All those roots did not grow in 2-3 week period, they lied to me about cleaning out my main sewer line, and stole my $. Best case scenario for this company is that they did a half clean out and just pushed the blockage downstream, and not all the way to the sewer in the street.
Call a REAL plumber or sewer cleaner person, not this crook.
