As this was a serious, but not emergency situation, we agreed that the following afternoon would be fine. Roger called the next day to let me know when to expect him and arrived on time. He and his crew went above and beyond to rectify our situation and in the process remedied our slow draining, nearly unusable basement toilet! It finally works! In addition to replacing antiquated hardware on our sewage stack, Roger also took the time to explain everything he and his coworker were doing and even laid out several preventive action options for us to consider. I will not hesitate to call ASAP again in the future as they absolutely live up to their wonderful reputation on Angie's List.
