We gave them a call to get a free estimate (which they give by the way) to find out what was the problem with our hot water. Joe came out promptly (no waiting around all day) and told us immediately we needed a new water heater.They came out a couple of days later providing us with a new water heater and installed the new one as well as get rid of the old one. Joe said it would take three hours. It ended up being around two and a half. Everything is working fine and we have hot water again thanks to Olin Plumbing. On their trucks they list how they send out only plumbers not service technicians, no overtime charges to customers, and many other benefits you will not see from other plumbing companies.I highly recommend Olin Plumbing for any and all your plumbing needs. They are reasonable priced and do excellent work. Their personal assistant who answers the phone will give you updates if the plumber will be late. Thank you for all you have done. I may call you to get my shower head and other fixtures in my shower/bathtub fixed soon.
