WARNING! This is a big scam! They gave us a bill for $455 for replacing a part in a faucet regulator. The labor cost was $270: 1 hour for work and 1 hour for travel. They were actually working for 30 min, the travel from the last destination per their GPS was - 45 min. In three phone conversations the office not even once mentioned the policy of travel charge, nor the hourly labor cost. Seeing the other people complaining about no communication of the policy and pricing, I consider it as a scam. They are well aware of their wrong doing and they continue to do so.

Joe was a straight shooter from day one. He gave me a price on a sump evacuation drainage system that I felt was more than fair. Him and his crew showed up when they said they would, completed the job on time, and went the extra mile for me doing favors that weren't in the contract.
