Very pleased with our experience. We had a leak in the wall that the first plumber we had out said it was a slab leak and the whole house would need repiping. Wanting a confirmation, we had Red Cap out and worked with Erick. He was very thorough and up front on the cost of work, but wanted to confirm it was a slab leak. He had someone else come to check and they found it wasn't even a slab leak, but a different pipe aroudn the same area. While a repiping may be in our future, it shouldn't be necessary now. Erick has earned himself a return customer.
