Another wonderful experience with EveryDayPlumber! We are a repeat customer and are totally impressed with how easy it is dealing with this company. On this occassion we needed our 26 year old water heater replaced, and of course needed it asap. With the delays due to covid that we have experienced with other projects we were very pleasantly surprised to get a plumber sent out the next morning. Upon arrival, Nathan Padgett, was professional, friendly and went straight to work. He assessed the situation requirements and explained his recommendations to us for agreement and approval. Additionally, we asked that a drain pipe be installed from the new pan to an outside wall. We were thrilled when he said he would run out to get all the parts needed and be back to complete the project the same day! Nathan was a pleasure to work with.
