Best Pipe Installation in Tampa FL

I do not recommend. Took them a week to install 3 toilets. One was delayed a week so they could raise the flange, and that meant going under the house and took 2 people. All fine with me, right thing to do. Got 2 invoices, first one for install of 3 toilets, but they had only done 2. Next invoice was for the under-house work, plus installing 1 toilet.

So to net it out, I was billed for installation of 4 toilets, I only have 3 bathrooms. Called to get it fixed, they said they could change the invoices so the number of toilets equaled 3, but price would not be reduced.

Used them 3 times in the last year, but no more. They were recommended by a friend, I will tell them and anyone else that asks.

I was referred to Bigos (Legacy) by a friend and he said nobody will do better work than these guys Luke's craftsmanship are 2nd to none and the service is outstanding all around. Not going anywhere else ever again.

Very professional!!! Very decent price!! Alex made whole plumbing on my duplex, remove old plumbing (1950 house) and setting up 3 full baths, 2 kitchens and two laundry rooms!! Strong recommended!!

Disappointed with choosing small business/Mom and Pop shop. Should have gone with the more expensive plumber. Replaced a sink basket under kitchen sink - didn't ask about color so now I have two sink drains that don't match. Left putty all around drain - will hopefully rinse away eventually. Then asked to replace shower arm - should have left well enough alone. Old shower arm broke off so we had to scramble to decide what we were going to do (didn't want to rip out all plaster/tile, etc.). Our painter who was there actually jumped in and helped. Plumber did not test to make sure new shower arm would properly attach. Didn't discover this until the next day so called him back out and was charged for service call again. I spent $300 for something that should have really been about $150 max. The extra $95 service call fee is what capped it all off for me. I feel like I got completely ripped off. The plumber just acted like he wanted to hurry up and be done. From now on, I'm calling Mullin or RotoRooter.

Ruth was extremely helpful in setting up the appointment and was able to send over a plumber within 15 minutes. She also explained pricing beforehand which was super helpful. My plumber, Nick, was polite, patient and efficient when replacing my garbage disposal. Customer service was excellent! Everything taken care of in a total of an hour.
