John was excellent! He came out at night to fix a clogged drain that flooded my bathroom. He was professional, curtious and explained everything in a way that us non-plumbers could understand. His rates were reasonable for an after hour emergency. I highly recommend John, Big Ocean Plumbing, for your plumbing needs.

As a contractor of a new home in New England, I am new to Florida, I attended a private business school therefore, I am very critical of customer service and I am extremely analytical. While I began my research to improve the fixtures in this almost 20 year old condo, I just bought almost a month ago, I began speaking with Chuck because of the positive reviews I found for his company online.

Initially, Chuck came to provide an estimate of the project, he didn't let my questions and concerns intimidate him. Chuck is extremely professional and he uses cutting edge technology to provide automated customer service.

His crew arrived today to repipe and install the hot water heater in an extremely tight utility closet. As a result of industry changes to hot water heater sizes they had zero tolerances for this install where the water heater sits just below the a/c air handler. While there were challenges I was able to work with the installers to resolve all the issues related to this install. While Mike (the lead installer) has worked in the plumbing industry for almost 20 years he didn't let ego get in the way, we discussed alternatives and agreed to a plan of action. The installation was a success which included the lost art of using copper pipe and unions that I specified to replace plastic for future maintenance.

This project was phase I and I plan to call on Chuck's Plumbing for the kitchen and bath update as well.

Very professional and friendly staff. The work was done well and in a timely manner. We have used them before and are always happy.

Avoid this company at all cost. Bad people bad company. A trusted agent of mine introduced them to me so I didn't do my due diligence because of his past good experience (now I doubt it). There were two guys in different times came in to my house to fix dripping water problem from T&P valve on the water heater (due to water pressure issue). Why two guys? because the first guy didn't solve the problem(he didn't even test water pressure upon arrival. No, he is not a rookie). How much did they charge me at the end? I give you a hint: the money you could buy half of a new water heater. After a couple of weeks dispute between Kidd and us (mainly my agent), they mearly discounted 10% or so off the original charges. Kidd Plumbing shouldn't exist because they don't have any sense of customer service and satisfaction. They are just bunch of cheats. I would tell this terrible story/exprience to everybody around me AND on every possible social review board. That's my mission. Again, STAY AWAY from Kidd Plumbing, terrible terrible company.

My son was on deployment when he discovered his home had a broken pipe after viewing his extremely high water bill. Unable to address the emergency himself, and is closest contact lived out of state. Wynne Star Plumbing was contacted and immediately dispatched a plumber to the home to shut off the water main. The workmanship and communication exceeded my expectations. They were so professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Disappointed with choosing small business/Mom and Pop shop. Should have gone with the more expensive plumber. Replaced a sink basket under kitchen sink - didn't ask about color so now I have two sink drains that don't match. Left putty all around drain - will hopefully rinse away eventually. Then asked to replace shower arm - should have left well enough alone. Old shower arm broke off so we had to scramble to decide what we were going to do (didn't want to rip out all plaster/tile, etc.). Our painter who was there actually jumped in and helped. Plumber did not test to make sure new shower arm would properly attach. Didn't discover this until the next day so called him back out and was charged for service call again. I spent $300 for something that should have really been about $150 max. The extra $95 service call fee is what capped it all off for me. I feel like I got completely ripped off. The plumber just acted like he wanted to hurry up and be done. From now on, I'm calling Mullin or RotoRooter.
