Provided with the hourly rate over the phone, ended up paying a lot more, very unprofessional would never use this company again nor recommend to anyone!

We've worked with Bob for a variety of projects in a condo and now a house - water heater replacement, fixing some plumbing issues in a shared bathroom wall, and recently the addition of a new bath.

Bob is punctual and reasonably priced, and has done a really nice job on the various projects. I've appreciated that he's more than happy to walk through what or why he's doing something, or talk through possible options - as someone who considers himself a bit handy but not a plumbing expert, it's nice to learn a bit about the work being done.

Very professional. Cost was the issue for the replacement of a hot water heater. Lowes (with hot water heater, installation, haul old one away, and permit) was 1/2 the price quoted by Chuck's Plumbing.
