Mike and his team are one of the most professional and caring service men I have ever dealt with. They answer promptly and can set you up with an appointment quickly. Cole was sent out to help install my new refrigerator and dishwasher and Cole even helped me make adjustments to make the fridge work. They even gave me a great referral for an electrician. They were very nice and efficient when installing the water heater but it took almost 24 hours for the hot water to come on after the install and it only lasted for a few hours. They came back to check on it and they didn’t charge me extra and the water was pretty hot but then it went out later that night. Have been without it for a couple nights now and am waiting to see if they will come back and check it out. They assure me it was installed correctly so they are hesitant about coming back out to look. Am happy they did not charge extra fees but the job was not seen to completion. Will need to reach out to another plumber about coming to fix

Was told by cabinet installers in the late afternoon that I needed to have a gas line relocated and some water lines capped. I tried calling several plumbing companies to try to get a repairman do the repairs and none had any available that evening. When I called Pink Plumber their repairman arrived in less than two hours. He was very professional and completed the work to my satisfaction.
