This place tried to up charge me after I explained EXACTLY what I wanted to Customer Service. My friend had the same experience with them. I argued with the plumber to no avail. Do not use this place.

ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!! Just needed a toilet to be repaired. They billed me for traveling time. They didn't do the job because they needed an authorization to buy the parts. What parts from a toilet could be so expensive that an authorization is needed??? (translation for excuse to a new appointment and bill me again for traveling time) I had to call 3 times for my second appointment because the administrative staff goes out for breakfast and lunch 3 times per day and never call the clients back. Furthermore they charge 140 per hour plus the labor of the helper. HELPER!! just to repair a toilet!! go figure!. I ended up paying for another plumber service and had my toilet repaired without so much complication. WHAT A TERRIBLE SERVICE. NEVER CALLING AGAIN.
