I have been dealing for 2 years with problems from a brand new AC unit from Rod Johnson's AC. I decided to call McLaughlin's based on the good experience my sister had with this company. Laci and Rob explained all of the problems surrounding the existing new unit. They explored all of the possible issues and sent me the pictures to justify my complaints with the other company. They were both courteous and friendly while being very professional. When this debacle is resolved, I hope to purchase and replace the AC unit from them.
