Vaughn showed up right on time and told us what he was going to do . He found the leaks. Explain what they were and went to work and got it all completed right on schedule . Couldn't be happier with our experience. Having another company stand us up our scheduled appointment, we ended up calling these guys after seeing their van parked at La Tapatia Market and were able to replace our broken water heater the next day. To add to that, they gave us an estimate over the phone, which we greatly appreciated due to hidden costs other companies might try to sneak in.

I have used Freitas Plumbing a few times now from installing gas lines, water line repair (copper, pvc and other materials), a couple of emergencies and a a few other jobs. They have done solid work every time, explaining how it needs to be, and up front with pricing. When their work is finished, it looks good (not slopped together). I also had a tenant that sent me a message with how pleased she was with their professionalism, swift work and she said the plumbing looks good and that she hopes that next time she has a plumbing issue, that it's these guys that come out. I will call them back the next time I need them because I have confidence that they provide quality work, are fair priced and professional.

I called AccuFlow and received a call back quickly. Once they were on site they quickly fixed my backed up kitchen drains. They were professional, priced reasonably and very honest. I am so happy with their service that they have now become my go to plumbing service. It's a family company which prides itself on quality service and customer support. Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.

Home warranty assigned our repair case to them which is our bad luck. The technician put in the report saying missing parts which leads to deny of our claim by home warranty. Indeed, the parts are not missing. The technician just didn't care to ask about the parts at the spot and later refused to make correction of his report.
