It was a pleasure to deal with this business, from my initial contact to getting the work done. They were very good about keeping me informed when they would have a service man available, and were very prompt making the appointment. Armando and Shawn were very knowledgeable and professional. They kept me appraised of the charges necessary to complete the work as they were troubleshooting. They were very thorough and I appreciated them suggesting the water heater may be set too high, and making the adjustment. They were also very neat and made sure to protect the flooring while they were working. I would highly recommend Knights Plumbing and Drain.
