My wife and I recently purchased a beautiful 115 year old Craftsman Home in Morada. With a house that old, it was expected that we would have some issues to sort out. In the past few months, we have used Superdrain on a few occasions and have found them to be nothing less than Awesome!

The drain that connects to my washing machine was backing up. I called and left a message. Howard called me back very shortly. He was able to come out the same day or schedule within the week. Same day worked for me so he came out and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Very friendly and professional. Price was very reasonable.

Called company for sewer main clog. They came out and we’re unsuccessful with the repair. The low rating is for the simple fact of the plumber leaving the job without installing the cap. All dirty water was draining on the side of my house. When called them back out to install the cap they flat out refused to return. Installing the cap is a basic that any first year plumber should know. Poor service equals poor review. Avoid this company at all costs!

Juan and his sons completed a Trenchless main sewer line replacement after I’d had problems with blockage from tree roots for years. They worked very hard as a team and overcame a potential disaster once actually visualizing how close the gas line was to the sewer line. They were friendly, professional and completed the job timely and did an excellent clean up. The price was right as well. I will be using this team for any future plumbing needs.

This is to the reply. Yes you finally fix the water heater. After months of me trying to get you to fix it. You guys lied to warranty company. saying you came out to look at it the 2nd time but you really didn’t. You guys are very unprofessional, rude and the work you did wasn’t the best. When I asked you questions while you were here it seemed like you couldn’t or wouldn’t answer them. Our water pressure still isn’t what it use to be.
