The job estimate cost was on par with three other companies that I got bids from. I chose Simpson Plumbing because of the reviews on Google and Yelp, and the fact that they were local (located in the town in which I live in). The job was to install a water loop along with a new whole home water filter. It took them four attempts to get the job done correctly. The first time, they did an install, but it needed to be corrected. It took them three more attempts to finally get it done correctly and without leaks.

I do want to say that the technicians were very courteous and polite. I spoke to the owner about this issue, which only apologized to me and said that the issue may have been the items that were installed. Come to find out, the issue was not with what was installed, but with how the pipes were installed. That didn't settle too well with me, but it is what it is.

If I were to have any other plumbing work done, I would try another company based upon the experience that I had.

I had work done by Roto Rooter and I am not satisfied. In the invoice I was charged for a permit which, after a call to the city, I found out was not pulled. There was no inspection, though the invoice stated that there would be one. Work was “completed” but a month and a half later the same problem reoccurred. They make excuses and don’t seem to understand when someone spends over 10,000 on “fixing” a problem they expect the problem to be fixed, and if not all efforts should be made to make it good. Anger and frustration is all I got from using this company.
