Throughout the process Oliver was professional, responsive, and proactively communicative. My first reach out to him was on a Sunday and he not only responded but came to my house to work on the problem. He offered different options, particularly when it became apparent he was going to have to cut into the tiled wall to fix the leak. He was always respectful of the property and cleaned up the work site after each visit. He is a diligent worker and his prices are very fair. At the end he left me with a better shower than when he arrived. It is said that every cloud has a silver lining. Juan and his sons completed a Trenchless main sewer line replacement after I’d had problems with blockage from tree roots for years. They worked very hard as a team and overcame a potential disaster once actually visualizing how close the gas line was to the sewer line. They were friendly, professional and completed the job timely and did an excellent clean up. The price was right as well. I will be using this team for any future plumbing needs.

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
