He evaluated the issues, let us know what options we had, answered our questions in layman's terms, gave us a quote for parts and labor, and was able to start right away when we approved the work for the quoted cost. He said about how long it would take to complete the job and was pretty accurate! No mess was left and he went over the work guarantee and warranty of the new pump, so we would know what to expect.

The owner, Mike, called me to make sure I was totally satisfied with the job performed. We discussed that I was a bit disappointed that for the length of the job, I felt we could of received a better rate than the quote given. He listened to my concerns and he remedied my concerns. Not too many companies would go out of their way to make sure their customers were satisfied. The company did a great job and very friendly plumbers as well.

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
