Tommy was amazing! He showed up on time, was kind, calm, and educational. He was able to articulate the problem and the potential solutions in a way that was easy to understand. He fixed my problem quickly and easily. He was clean, kind, and communicative. We absolutely will be using Mr. Rooter again. Get this guy a raise. He knows how to make a customer for life! I literally cannot praise this guy enough!!

From my first call (actually spoke to real person not a voice mail). I was impressed with the representatives professionalism. I explained the issue was having set up an appointment for the next day. The plumber was Brandon, was on time, professional and got right to the issue. He explained what the problem was, and what had to be done to fix it. He gave me a quote, (which I thought was reasonable, considering others that I had received), and told me he could do the work that same day. The work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. The next day I even received a call from Beth, asking if I was was to my liking. I would highly recommend two sons plumbing. They are now on my speed dial.
