David is incredible! I was in a pinch. I had an issue with my home sewer line which was causing an overflow through a drain in my laundry room. It was so bad that I couldn't use anything with a drain - showers, sinks, toilets, washing machine, and dishwasher. I had another company scheduled to come out on Friday afternoon but they cancelled at the last minute and wouldn't come out until Monday. Ugh! Out of desperation, I called David and he said he'd be out on Saturday by noon. He was true to his word and showed up before 11 am. He quickly accessed the issue and got to work. He discovered that I had a very bad clog in the sewer line just downstream from my house. It took some effort, but he got it cleared. I was so relieved! After clearing the clog, he scoped the entire line all the way out to the city sewer line and let me watch. He showed me that the line was still intact, but there is some erosion taking place and a couple of rough edges where sections of pipe are joined together.

As for the price, David was fully transparent and upfront. He has a very reasonable standard price and didn't charge extra for coming out on the weekend. As a matter of fact, he gave me a $50 discount because I'm a military veteran. Also, he sent an estimate for installation of a liner to protect the interior of the sewer line from further erosion. All around this was a great experience and David provided honest and top notch customer service. Kudos!
