He called and gave me a tip to check our GFCI in our other bathroom and when we reset it, our other outlet was functioning again! It saved him a trip and saved us money. After a pipe burst, I called Seatown without having ever used them. They were incredibly responsive, professional, on time, and friendly when they came to assess the damage.However, they cracked our ceiling and did not follow through with great work. We’ve complained, and now we’ll see if it gets fixed properly.UPDATE: They responded to our request to review the work that was done on our house and sent someone out within two days. This person updated the work appropriately. Thank you.
