We had a clogged bathtub and I called Pioneer because a friend of mine told me he used them with success. They were excellent. They did show up an hour late, but they called and told me this two hours prior so I could adjust. Things happen at sites, I get it, but they took the time and had the courtesy to call and tell me they were working on another clients problem still. That stood out to me because they wanted to take the time to fix an issue and still had the foresight to keep me in the loop. When they got to my place they were nice, efficient, and fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes. For that they get 5 stars.

The guys were so professional . Very friendly and smart. I couldn't ask for any better installation....and you would never know they had ever been here when they left. Everything was cleaned up and beautiful. I would recommend Eco Electric to anyone needing an electrician.
