The scheduled appointment was on 7/22/2022 from 8:am to 4:30 pm. Technicians Steven Marquardt and Brett Fetzer arrived on time (ten minutes early), were very polite and professional.They explained what to expect and their process. They answered every question I had to satisfaction and informed me I was welcome to sit and watch if I'd like. They worked very well as a team with strong encouraging conversations and good humorous banter between them. The job was completed 4 hours ahead of schedule with all installations completed, inspected and power to the house re-established with no issues.
