As a business owner, for me it is all about making it right when there is a mistake. Both when I serve customers and also when we receive customer service.
On the Friday after Thanksgiving our restaurant had an emergency plumbing issue which caused our restaurant to not be able to operate. The person that took my call (Will) did an incredible job of responding and keeping me informed. After a couple of hours, the issue was that the plumber he asked to come to our location called out sick and did not tell him. After struggling to find us another plumber that was available, Will decided to take it upon himself to come out and do the repair himself. It was a one hour drive from Ballard for him just to arrive at our location. He resolved the issue in less than an hour and our Friday night reservations (revenue!) were saved! I pushed very hard for him to take a large tip, however, he could not be convinced. I have to give a huge shout out to Will and the management at Pioneer. Most times things flow very smoothly from start to finish. When we did have a hiccup, they always work to make it right!

Farid provides an excellent service. He is prompt, professional, courteous, and gave us a good price. We had issues with our sewage line, and called Farid in the evening and had him comeby the next day. He was able to inspect and clear out the line, quickly and efficiently. He kept the work area clean and was safe wearing a mask the whole time. He also gave us a full breakdown on what was causing our issues and educated us thoroughly on what to look out for in the future. Highly recommended!

Last week, I had a leaking pipe and hired this local plumber. No idea what I would have done if he hadn't dropped by! Now, my home would be in shambles. He did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. I really appreciate him.

This plumber helped me figure out how to get my sewer work done without any problems. I've used them for all kinds of water problems in the past, and they've always helped me. The price is very low, and each job comes with great customer service.

This business showed up on time, repaired our heater in a timely manner and didn't charge us an arm and a leg for the emergency service call. They deserve 5 stars for their services!
