This is the 2nd time we have used Bob Oates.
The technicians are always on time and professional.
I had a plumbing company come over on a previous incident and they were fear based and telling me horror stories and speculating worse case scenerarios.
I was recommended to Bob Oates and right away felt that they were about business and making the situation correct. It is so unsettling when you have something wrong and you have no idea as its not your area of expertise.

TJ came to my parents home today to troubleshoot a plumbing issue. He was pleasant and professional and was so kind to my elderly father who in the past could and would fix any issue but is now unable.
