He replaced the hot and cold water lines, the shut off valve and tied the flue pipe into the HVAC flue with the appropriate upward slope. At my request, he also looked over the placement of the other water tank and opined that when that goes he will be able to get a new tank into what is a very tight space. No doubt that I will use him again.
