I use these guys for a commercial office building in Santa Ana. Someone always answers the phone and they arrive when they say they will. I have interacted with 4-5 of their plumbers throughout the years and they have all been nice guys who do quality work.

Been working with Humbertos plumbing for a few years now and he always gets the project done.

Second time we used them and another good experience as Angel goes out of his way to do a good job .They show up on time with all the tools needed. I had what I thought was a bad water shut-off valve but Angel looked at it and said it was good ,no need to replace it . They even helped me take the old fridge outside.

Benny is the owner operator and he has a tons of experience also knowledge about all kind of plumbing issues.

He cleaned my main sewage line using his jet high-pressure water machine from 2 of 2-inch clean out with very reasonable price.

In my opinion, Benny will be the best plumber in town and I strongly recommend him 100% also not to mention very quick to respond.

Have used Jacot plumbing service 3 times since we moved to Garden Grove. Each time I asked them to come out to check out a problem, they always gave me a fast answer and always showed up on time. Orange County Plumbing is a great plumbing company. Always gets the job done! Joel, the plumber was on time and very attentive to detail. He made sure the customer wasn't worried and he explained what was the issue and how he was going to resolve the plumbing pipe leak. Very professional!

Highly recommend this business! We had a plumbing emergency and called numerous plumbers, but they were the only one who was able to come out right away. Shawn was professional and explained the issues we were having and was able to temporarily help us remedy the situation to keep our kitchen sink usable until a follow-up visit to do the main repair. Eddie an Nick came out a few days later and completed the necessary work we needed. All of them were professional, efficient, courteous, and explained exactly what they were going to do before the work started. They also cleaned up after the work was done. Warning for anyone having their home repiped by Americal plumbing. We recently had our condo repiped. We left during the days of the repipe and came home before they painted to see progress and came home to a dusty mess. Americal Plumbing did not cover any of our furniture or appliances while they worked. They left debri on the floors and shelving, marks on the floors and dust on the walls and all over anything exposed. They refuse to cooperate in helping to get my house cleaned. I have 2 kids with Asthma so this was infuriating!

Aren’t they supposed to cover the work area and clean up after they finish?

Did anyone else have a bad experience?

I have contacted Americal Plumbing, Ross Construction and the HOA and Im still waiting for over two weeks to get help to at least clean my carpets snd upholstery. I’ve already deep cleaned the rest myself.

The workers did well. But the salesman try to re-charge me!
