Jesse came to check the leakage and thoroughly checked everything. He then called the steam guy (leakage was from steam equipment) to find out what is the reason and how can it be fixed. He was at my place for over an hour and performed all necessary actions. Also asked me to call him if there is any issue again. So glad and satisfied with the service. I never want to have to deal with something like a water heater. First off no one cares about a water heater. I just assume to always have hot water. So when the time came when I had to take a cold shower because my water heater decided to give up I felt like I almost had to give up. I looked around and Quick Water Heater stood out. Gave them a call. The guy on the phone told me not to worry and assured me that they would give me my hot water back today. I’m horrible with names, but the guy who replaced my water heater was super nice. He recommended a tankless so that’s what I went with. Instant hot water and no more cold showers. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.
