Bobby did a great job educating me on my garbage disposal and the different options for replacement. When he got to our home he was kind enough to take the time to show me three different cleanouts on the side of the house and in the garage, in case of future line clogs. I stupidly drove a nail into a wall and went straight through a copper water pipe on Valentine's Day. I shut off the water main and had a mental meltdown. Orange Coast Plumbing came up first in my Google search for plumbing emergency and I took the chance. The service was perfect from the first minute. The dispatcher took my information and said she'd call back ASAP to let me know the soonest someone could be here. She called back and said he was on his way. The plumber, Nolan Rodriguez, arrived in only 20 minutes and assessed the situation and I instantly felt I was in good hands. Within a half hour he was able to get in the wall and replace the damaged pipe perfectly. Nolan's calm and friendly approach calmed me down and his work was excellent. The price very fair and lower than I expected. Such a relief! I am so happy I found these guys. They are my plumbers for anything that comes up in the future. Thanks, OCP!
