We had an amazing tech in Jesse! so much fun. It turned out to be a bigger job than we anticipated but we got to the bottom of the problem and everything worked out. These things can be very stressful and this was not. I’m greatful for the service and the and expertise . I would use them again.

I had an entire house backup -no shower or toilets and have my 75 y/o parents staying. This was Friday night at 7pm before a holiday weekend and there was no one available. Mr rooter called in someone on his night off who graciously came and flushed out my system and saved my weekend. I am beyond grateful. They explained everything, was prompt, no mess, efficient and professional. Top quality plumbers and equipment. Price was high but I was glad to pay for the amazing service I received. Worth every penny :)
