I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. Recently purchased my house and lil did I know the sewer drains had root intrusion causing all my pipes too back up and invade my house with the worst that goes down a toilet.
