Amazing place, done right there first time!

We used professional plumbing bathtub stopper replacement and unfortunately found an issue with a hairline crack in the tub either from installation or during manufacturing which made it difficult to reseal the pipes and make it watertight after the work was completed.

Jay and the Professional Plumbing team came back and investigated the issue and even though we think it was not due to damage caused by their work they stood by their warranty and offered to cover the cost of repair and reconnecting the plumbing to address the issue for us.

It is rare to find a plumbing company who stand by their company name and standard of work and are willing to provide this level of customer service to ensure customers are satisfied. I would highly recommend Jay and his team at Professional Plumbing due to the quality of plumbing work and willingness to work with their customers to provide the best possible service.

A Coast Plumbing tech worked on my faulty water heater and was knowledgeable enough to explain various options and scenarios to address it. Bobby did a great job educating me on my garbage disposal and the different options for replacement. When he got to our home he was kind enough to take the time to show me three different cleanouts on the side of the house and in the garage, in case of future line clogs. I had a clogged shower drain and I saw that Brent was running a special: $60 for clogged drains. I did call other plumbing companies in the area for quotes and they were all over $100, so I decided to go with Brent. I called him and left a message and he returned my call and scheduled to come out noon the next day. Well, he showed up early and got right to work! He was in and out in half an hour! I was very pleased with my service and would definitely recommend him if you're looking for a professional and reliable plumber!

Our pipes clogged up the night before we left to go camping for a few days. When we got back and all the home remedies weren't working, I called Orange Coast Plumbing hoping to get someone out the next day. I was shocked when I was told someone could be at my house within the next 2 hours. I received a text confirmation with my tech's picture along with updates on when he would arrive. Henry, our tech, was very professional and courteous. His communication during the entire process was excellent and I trusted he was suggesting the appropriate services.
