Contacted Do It Right Plumbing with an issue involving replacing the Anode Rod in my water heater. Upon arrival of the plumber named Ryan who assessed the problem thoroughly, it was decided that the replacement would not be possible. He determined, with great surety, that the old rod would required a greater cost to remove than I had anticipated. Although, Ryan continued trying several other removal methods we mutually agreed to stop any further attempts. Ryan was very pleasant, personable and professional. The bid they put in for my project was the most reasonable. And not only that, they came over the next day after calling them. When I was explaining what I wanted, he had no problems breaking it all down Barney style and telling me what he could and couldn’t do. There was nothing that couldn’t be done. What sold me was how excited he sounded when telling me they could do the job. My project felt like it was his project.
