Luis and Ever worked over time until they finished the job of restoring my plumbing system. It was nasty water all over the grounds. They worked diligently to make the repairs and then cleaned and disinfected everything. Job well done. I highly recommend them .

After calling several companies and no answers being close to end of day, we received a call back right away from this company. The receptionist was very helpful and extremely pleasant understand the importance of the issues and situation that we were against. She assured us that they would be able to send a service tech and our bathroom issues would be taken care of. Marco's arrived on time and even with unexpected surprises that arose we weren't gouged hitting my wallet hard. He explained to us what was going to happen and even the owner came over to assist with the problem that most would have walked away from returning in the morning. Desi & Marco were amazing they finished up and we are as happy as can be with their services! I would recommend them to everyone who has a small or big issue regarding plumbing. Absolutely love this company!!

I called for a toilet installation and a camera inspection. I had been having trouble with my kitchen sink fir a while now, and they fixed the issue! Very polite and professional group of guys. HomeServe arranged for Orange County Plumbing to come to my home to inspect my central AC unit they came to my home about a week ago and said my AC unit is not getting power from the thermostat and I need to have wiring replaced from my thermostat to my AC unit (not covered by my HomeServe policy) Technician said he would send me an estimate cost to have the work done. I also requested that he give me the cost to replace my central AC unit due to its over 20 years old , he agreed to send it to me. I called Orange County Plumbing and spoke to the assistant who answered the phone she said she would make sure the technician who came out send me an estimate and to date I have not gotten a response or written estimates from Orange County Plumbing disappointed in Santa Ana

Sean and his assistant called 30 minutes prior to arriving, arrived on time and was clean and neat and respectful of our home. He quickly assessed our situation, came up with a solution, gave us a price right away that was reasonable and affordable. It took less then an hour to fix the problem. If you are looking for and honest company, look no further. Elder and Young and Sean is your answer. I recommending them to all my family and friends.

Arrived very shortly after I called. Courteous, knowlegable and the prices seem competitive. They seemed to have thoroughly investegate the issue with our AC and provided the necessary fixes as it is now working as expected.
