Fantastic service. Quick response on phone for consultation after a kitchen sink leak, with clear options and pricing. Technician scheduled same day. Took a look and gave us a rundown of options, then ran out to grab parts, returned, and completed work efficiently. Very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

I called Spencer because our guest bathroom needed to have some upgraded fixtures replaced. Spencer was absolutely phenomenal!

I was able to set up an appointment the same week. He had all of the right parts and was able to do the job quickly and cost effectively for me.

The best part was that he provided me with a less expensive option that worked out better for me, and it saved me a lot of money, which speaks to his level of integrity and character.

Spencer was able to do my job earlier than we had planned, because he had an opening and was able to contact me and ask if I was available, which I was, and that was even more helpful to get the job done early. That was very thoughtful and considerate of him.

Jesse came to check the leakage and thoroughly checked everything. He then called the steam guy (leakage was from steam equipment) to find out what is the reason and how can it be fixed. He was at my place for over an hour and performed all necessary actions. Also asked me to call him if there is any issue again. So glad and satisfied with the service. I had a leak in my kitchen faucet and in both bathrooms. Recently, one of the bathroom spigots did not move from the base - the entire faucet totally rotated with no water output. Had been putting off having a plumber called but that was the last straw. Thankfully, Aaron's Plumbing and Home Repair, Inc. sent Angel. He was professional, knowledgable and knew how to fix each problem within minutes. I admit I'm sometimes hesitant to call for home repairs. If you're like I am, you'll feel very comfortable having Angel in your home. He was not only on time, they called as they were en route and am so relieved to have those plumbing issues finally fixed. If I could leave less than 1 star i would. These are the biggest scam artists ever. They charged me 700 and my plumbing was backed up with 12 hours again. I had to call a different plumber with CGS they had it fixed in 20 mins for a 3rd of the cost and it has never given me a problem again. I asked Roto Rooter for a refund or partial refund being I am a single mom and they said we don't feel like we should refund anything.
