I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. Spencer was phenomenal. I reached out to him when our water heater broke, and he responded the same day. He was out to our house the next day, and we had a new water heater, at a great price, within a couple days. As the son of a general contractor, I appreciated Spencer's honesty, reasonableness, and quick turnaround. He also had a very clean workspace, and covered our possessions close to where he was working to make sure nothing would get damaged. I would recommend him, and use him again, in a heartbeat.

We bought our house about 2 years ago. Knights came out and did inspections on a few houses when we were in the market. They have been a godsend. The sewer lines were completely clogged and there were a few leaks in the house. They came and fixed all the leaks and made sure our sewer had a proper cleaning and installed new clean outs as well. I fully recommend them for anyone looking for the best plumbers around!

This was my second time using Orange Coast Plumbing and I have been very pleased with their service. I had an outdoor drain that was clogged and backed up and they got a tech out to me in under 2 hours. Josh was absolutely amazing! I had not been able to use my shower for almost a month and had 2 different plumbers come to try and fix it, but neither of them were able to correctly identify the issues, let alone fix them while Josh was able to find and fix the issues in the same day. I felt confident and comfortable in his work since he was so educated and experienced. He worked quickly and efficiently and had excellent customer service as well! He was very respectful of my time and my appliances and made sure to keep me informed throughout the entire process. He even cleaned my shower after, without me asking! He went above and beyond and did excellent repair work. I cannot recommend him enough!!!

I don't know about the actual plumbing service. I didn't get that far, but the female representative who answered my call was very rude, impatient and unprofessional.
My deaf boyfriend called with a video relay service and was told they didn't provide services in Santa Ana even though they're located there and then abruptly hung up on him. I then called and she in fact said they did service Santa Ana. I've never called a plumbing service and she seemed like I was wasting her time simply by asking questions and clarification. When she asked if I was owner or tenant, I eventually explained that my brother and I were part owners (so that makes me an owner) but she said I need the owner, and rudely hung up. This lady needs lessons in customer service!
