Needed a quick check on our supply valves for a bathroom sink. James Kelley, our tech, was awesome. He was professional, put on booties to protect our floors without being prompted, and quickly got to diagnosing the issue. The bathroom had recently underdone a minor update, and James was even cleaning up some of the debris that was left behind. Much appreciated but not even necessary. After pointing out a few areas of concern, we had him replace a few more things. After competing the work, the triple checked to make sure all was in working order. Left the place spotless.
