Amazing place, done right there first time!

I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. Man oh man! I had our bathroom flood out and Rob came out and saved the day! My expectations were blown away by the professional and great prices he gave out on emergency rate service. Definitely will use them again for routine service calls etc.

I had a shower valve replaced by Tyler about 2 weeks ago. I like to wait a little while before writing a review. The quoting process was easily communicated with Elizabeth over the phone and pictures through text. Tech showed up on time, in a professional manner and uniform ready to work. Task was performed and completed in a timely fashion and exceptionally clean. However the catch is my cousin is a professional plumber but has a rule about not doing business with family. So I was on my own. I did my research and made my calls. I am so impressed by the pricing. As a stay at home mom I take care of the repairs so I come across many shady companies. I appreciate Just Time and have been telling all my friends and family about my experience.

I had a slab leak and was in a plumbing nightmare. I call two other plumbers, the first was rude and overpriced. the second couldn't find the leak even after I showed him where the last plumber said it was. He told me he needed to rip up my whole floor to find the leak, and said it would take 2 days possibly. I have two special needs children who can hardly leave the house and I work from home. I couldn't have it taking forever to repair or costing me a huge amount. I called Oscar at only plumbing and finally I received help. He communicated everything to me up front, plus he found the leak! He was on time to our appointment and had great customer service the entire time. The job was done correctly and timely and I was told what was happening every step of the way. I would definitely recommend. I won't be calling anyone else. Thank you!
