Got a quote Nov 22. Made clear to the plumbers what I needed done. After getting other bids I chose Scott English. The first appt as all were made on my day off. It was scheduled for afternoon, Got called at 4:00 and was told plumber was stuck on a job and needed to reschedule. The next appointment was told the plumber had a family emergency and needed to reschedule. Third appointment in the morning, no call, no show. Called and was told the plumber was sick. If the company knows the plumber can't work call the customer and tell them so as to mot make them waste time waiting. Waited for plumber on last attempt, no call. Called and they stated they would send someone else. Ulises and helper arrived, explained the job since they knew nothing about it. They looked at the pipe, Ulises went under the house. Helper opened the wall. Ulises stated that the original bid didn't reflect reconnecting the gas pipe, even though I stated that and it was required. Ulises stated the work involved would be much more money. It's not Ulise's fault, he was being honest. Due to the lack of professionalism at notifications of no plumber and repeated attempts to schedule the work, Scott English plumbing showed they weren't interested in doing the work and thus don't need the job.

Roger did a great job at our house, was courteous and professional, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend 911 Plumbing!

Luis came to my rescue within 30mins of contacting him. Gave me a great price to clear my backyard drains which were clogged with debris. Water was pooling and coming into my house with all the rain. Within a couple minutes, the pool in my backyard was gone.
