Amazing place, done right there first time!

We used professional plumbing bathtub stopper replacement and unfortunately found an issue with a hairline crack in the tub either from installation or during manufacturing which made it difficult to reseal the pipes and make it watertight after the work was completed.

Jay and the Professional Plumbing team came back and investigated the issue and even though we think it was not due to damage caused by their work they stood by their warranty and offered to cover the cost of repair and reconnecting the plumbing to address the issue for us.

It is rare to find a plumbing company who stand by their company name and standard of work and are willing to provide this level of customer service to ensure customers are satisfied. I would highly recommend Jay and his team at Professional Plumbing due to the quality of plumbing work and willingness to work with their customers to provide the best possible service.

Great service and very professional. Had a leak in the bathroom and Tony was able to come by the same day and assess the issue. We scheduled an appointment for him to come the very next morning to fix the plumbing.

I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. We recently used their services about a month ago for some repairs with kitchen plumbing and started experiencing some drainage issues again so contacted them to come out. Sean came out the next day, and even Eric one of the owners came out the same day with a scope to help us figure out the source of the problem. They initially thought it may have been a collapsed pipe using this cool scope they had, and said they could be out in a couple of weeks, however Eric was able to send his guy Javier out the very next day. Javier was professional and laid out stuff to protect our floor and taped off section of house he needed to work on to minimize dust. After a day's work, he found the problem, it wasn't a collapsed pipe, but rather a big piece of plastic that blocked off the drain pipe. We were glad the damage wasn't worse. These guys are all super professional and responsive and great to work with. Very trustworthy business and we highly recommend using them. We're hoping we won't have to deal with anymore plumbing issues for a while, but if we do, these are the guys we will be calling again for sure!

A very committed staff start to finish. The sophisticated equipment used was helpful, and the staff was very patient at explaining things to me very clearly. Good communication and customer support throughout the whole process. So, if you are ever in the need of employing a leak detection service which can be quite stressful to find, I encourage you to call them.

I had a shower leak in my upstairs bathroom that caused a bit of damage to my home. I reached out to Caliber One and Mondo was able to provide me some general pricing over the phone based off my own troubleshooting. The very next day a tech named Manny came out to further troubleshoot the problem and they had it all fixed for me. The service was great and the pricing was very fair. Warning for anyone having their home repiped by Americal plumbing. We recently had our condo repiped. We left during the days of the repipe and came home before they painted to see progress and came home to a dusty mess. Americal Plumbing did not cover any of our furniture or appliances while they worked. They left debri on the floors and shelving, marks on the floors and dust on the walls and all over anything exposed. They refuse to cooperate in helping to get my house cleaned. I have 2 kids with Asthma so this was infuriating!

Aren’t they supposed to cover the work area and clean up after they finish?

I have contacted Americal Plumbing, Ross Construction and the HOA and Im still waiting for over two weeks to get help to at least clean my carpets snd upholstery. I’ve already deep cleaned the rest myself.

If I could leave less than 1 star i would. These are the biggest scam artists ever. They charged me 700 and my plumbing was backed up with 12 hours again. I had to call a different plumber with CGS they had it fixed in 20 mins for a 3rd of the cost and it has never given me a problem again. I asked Roto Rooter for a refund or partial refund being I am a single mom and they said we don't feel like we should refund anything.

I don't know about the actual plumbing service. I didn't get that far, but the female representative who answered my call was very rude, impatient and unprofessional.
My deaf boyfriend called with a video relay service and was told they didn't provide services in Santa Ana even though they're located there and then abruptly hung up on him. I then called and she in fact said they did service Santa Ana. I've never called a plumbing service and she seemed like I was wasting her time simply by asking questions and clarification. When she asked if I was owner or tenant, I eventually explained that my brother and I were part owners (so that makes me an owner) but she said I need the owner, and rudely hung up. This lady needs lessons in customer service!
