Fernando and was a very professional man. It was more than I wanted to pay but I liked him and I wanted to take a shower!!!! I enjoyed some conversation about drains and pipes. It all worked out very well. Much better than the other company I despise. This company called me to offer an earlier arrival which I didn't take but apreciated the offer. They called when he was 30min minutes away. I was able to be by the door. They were respectful of me and my house and they were clean. They put on show covers before entering and they. I had an option to try some one else that may have costless and I was comfortable and got a good vibe. Basically Fernando and Scott is why I didn't turn them away when told me it was a bit more than I wanted to spend.

PP has been in business for 30 yrs and services the local OC area. They are open 24/7 for emergency repairs and 8-5pm for service and repairs on all your plumbing needs. They are awesome with great prices and better customer service.

Not only did they fix the clog but they found and fixed another problem with the toilet that we didn’t even know about. They did a great job. I highly recommend them.

Ismael the plumber showed up on time and even called 30 minutes before hand to inform me that he was in route. As soon as Ismael arrived impressed by his presentation by handing me his business card and putting on shoe covers before entering my phone WOW that was awesome. Ismael diagnosed my plumbing problem and was very fast and efficient in getting my kitchen sink draining. Ismael was very clean and I was happy with the price. I don't know about the actual plumbing service. I didn't get that far, but the female representative who answered my call was very rude, impatient and unprofessional.
My deaf boyfriend called with a video relay service and was told they didn't provide services in Santa Ana even though they're located there and then abruptly hung up on him. I then called and she in fact said they did service Santa Ana. I've never called a plumbing service and she seemed like I was wasting her time simply by asking questions and clarification. When she asked if I was owner or tenant, I eventually explained that my brother and I were part owners (so that makes me an owner) but she said I need the owner, and rudely hung up. This lady needs lessons in customer service!
