Josh was absolutely amazing! I had not been able to use my shower for almost a month and had 2 different plumbers come to try and fix it, but neither of them were able to correctly identify the issues, let alone fix them while Josh was able to find and fix the issues in the same day. I felt confident and comfortable in his work since he was so educated and experienced. He worked quickly and efficiently and had excellent customer service as well! He was very respectful of my time and my appliances and made sure to keep me informed throughout the entire process. He even cleaned my shower after, without me asking! He went above and beyond and did excellent repair work. I cannot recommend him enough!!!

I highly recommend themMy water heater started a slow leak in the long weekend :(. I knew I needed to get a replacement. I called multiple plumbers to get a quote on storage as well as Tankless water heater. One of the companies I called was Orange Coast Plumbing.Chuck came gave me a good quote on the job they would have to do explaining it was a two separate day job. The heater needed to be removed, the area under it had to be checked for water damage and cleaned up first. The new heater to be installed at a later date.I was inclined towards Tankless water heater but was still researching the cost.Plumbing jobs are way expensive in USA but some companies gave me quotes that were thousands of dollars more 🤔. AND a few had a “take it or leave it” attitude.Knowing I wanted work started on Tuesday it was Colten and Chris who came to remove the old heater. I was still debating on whether I should buy Tankless. Chris was very knowledgeable and explained the Pros & Cons of both types. He convinced me to go for Tankless water heater. He patiently and clearly answered all my questions. They removed the storage heater and set it up so that water could still flow through hot water taps.Once the water damaged sections were removed, they came back on Thursday to install my tankless water heater. It is a full day work and Colten and Chris did a very good job. All the connections were precisely done and in straight lines, no short cuts.Additionally things like adding Condensate neutralizer (accessory) and proper drain for neutralized water flow were also taken care by another visit. It was all part of the same quote with no extra charge to me although they had to come totally 4 times! All times that they came and worked, they left everything clean.If you call OC plumbers to do the job, ask for Colten and Chris. Thanks to both of you for installing my new Tankless water heater.
