Phillip was excellent! He worked hard to try to fix my problem with the toilets and explained the problem to me as he worked on it which was very helpful. Was here for 4 hours! No complaints at all.

The did not want my business. Never called me back to schedule a service call (I contacted on Sunday and Monday) - Tues I get a call that I will get a call when they get the part in.... Guess the part never showed up. Its been a week and still no call, nor an apology if there was a mishap.

I found another plumber who came out the same day (they did carry the part).
