From talking to Jeni on the phone, Marty showing up the same day to assess the water heater, and then the crew who came and installed the new unit the next day, I couldn't be happier! Jose did a thorough and accurate job locating my water leak in a line that runs about 200 feet from our well house with another 100 or so feet leading to bibs in our paddock. I had to dig about 4 feet down to reach the cracked coupling, so accuracy was important to me.
