Jose and his crew did an excellent job installing about 40 feet of sewer pipe at our home by pulling through a new seam-less pipe through the tree root filled existing pipe under our driveway. They also removed and replaced some driveway pavers to access to two holes that they neeeded to dig at both ends of the repair. When finished, you can not tell this major repair even happened - an excellent job.

Had a clog in my main sewer line that everyone quickly claimed needed replacing. Freddy was the only one that was able to properly diagnose the issue and was able hydrojet and snake out the clog. Saved me $$$! Thanks again Freddy.

I can truly cannot recommend TrenchFree and their team enough. For a solid year, we've been having plumbers visit our house every 2-3 months to fix repeat issues. Finally, we spoke with TrenchFree. When all the other companies we spoke with were going to charge $150+ to run a camera in our lines and find the issue, they offered a free estimate. The workers at our house were all incredibly friendly and professional, and got to work quickly. They were able to identify a problem with our pipes outside our house that every other plumber had missed. Within days we received a quote back, and they were on site to fix the issue. They even came during 106 degree weather, on a Friday going into a holiday weekend, to make sure the job was done right. Lastly, and this is where they truly won me over: Once the job was complete, we thought an issue had arisen that still wasn't fixed. Within 24 minutes of me hitting send on my email, they were back at the house and fixed the problem -- even when it turned out it was OUR fault and nothing they did. Please let me stress this:: do not waste your time pouring through lists of reviews, looking for plumbers who cut prices in order to raise them in other spots. TrenchFree doesn't have the same number of reviews as some of the other companies, so they may get overlooked. Don't make my mistake. Called for sump pump not working. At the start, told them that I have already tried getting electric source from two outlets and the pump still not working. Charged Level 2 diagnostics and replaced the gfci outlet just to tell me that the issue is the pump failure when I told them the same at the start. They told me that this how professionals diagnose failures. Disappointing service. Could have given zero if that was possible.

Update: Called the manager of the technicians and as expected neither did they pick the call nor did they return my call. COMPLETELY TERRIBLE SERVICE.

We had installation of an a/c and heater unit several months ago and we recently just had a few issues of hearing strange noises with the unit. We had a visit from Juan today and he doubled checked everything to make sure everything was safe and working well...Although they couldn’t determine anything, He assured us that if we hear the noises again call them right away and they might be able to come that same day. Before leaving, they checked and made sure everything was safe and that’s so important to me and my family.
