This man was a life saver. Everyone I called wanted 200$ or more and I didn’t have that kind of money. He came out immediately and fixed the very small problem for a very reasonable price. He definitely gained a forever customer.

My water pipe was broke, I call them in Saturday morning, Trieu is great helped, he answer my phone, said will in my house in 2-3 hours, after study, he need reroute my pipe to fix the leak. Their team come by Monday, spend half day and fix my pipe, they are so effective and good service.

We couldn’t find the leak. We suspected the dishwasher was the culprit, but they were able to detect a crack in a pipe in the wall behind the faucet. They gave us a few options where we ultimately found the best solution. They have followed up, making sure everything is taken care of. We are so happy with their work!

Fidel and the whole crew at Gomez have been my go-to plumbers since 2019. They've cleared out drains, replaced our supply/drain lines (no problems with drains after that!), and helped with troubleshooting leaks free of charge. They are a total class act and I'm proud to support a local business.

German did excellent service when he installed a new ductless heating and A/C system in my home. He arrived on time and worked efficiently to complete the installation in a timely manner. German was very professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the installation process to me. He also made sure to clean up after the installation was complete.

I called Fuse when our AC was not working properly, and it was 100 degrees outside. I called in the afternoon and was able to have a technician come to our house at 6pm on a Friday night. Our technician, Vlad, braved the hot attic and explained what was wrong and proceeded to fix it in a quick and timely manner. We are extremely happy with Vlad and Fuse and highly recommend them and will gladly call them again.

Working with the employees has been a true pleasure. Unexpectedly, I needed a new air conditioner, and he was able to give me a quote that was over half what other businesses were giving me. After I made the decision to accompany him on Wednesday, they sent two outstanding technicians to me by the weekend. They arrived earlier than I anticipated and finished far sooner than I anticipated. In conclusion, I am happy to work with this company and look forward to referring them to my friends and family.

Very professional Stan replace our Air condition , he is really professional explained all the steps and the work he was doing. I will definitely contact them again for other appliance repairs.

We had a problem with our toilets not draining well. Donny came out and determined that our backwater valve was not opening completely. He ensured that our sewer line was clean and in a state of good repair. Our backwater sewer valve was installed very efficiently in less than a day.

David did great work to replace my leaking water heater, reply phone call super fast, and make the work done in same day.

The plumbing contractor was excellent! We had a burst pipe that had flooded our upstairs, so we needed someone to come out urgently. This happened late Friday, so we were concerned about getting someone out on the Saturday, but this company was great!

3/18/2021 - I've contact them again asking for a receipt. No one seems to know who I originally talked with. All they say is they'll have to get the manager to call me back. No one has called me back. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE CONTACTING THEM SO YOU CAN AVOID THE SAME EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH THIS SO-CALLED PLUMBING COMPANY.

Phone and text contact only.. 3/6/2021 estimate was $350, they charged $760. When I asked the service guy for a receipt, he said My boss will send it to you in about 30 minutes.. After many texts, a man called me and agreed to bring me a receipt and $300. After not receiving anything, I texted them again. The response was from the worker who asked if he could have more time to get me the money. It was apparent that they have not intention of providing me with a receipt OR the promised $300. They don't have a company name, the guy on the phone says he says there is no company because he's just a vendor. People that contact him requesting services, not just for plumbing, and he dispatches people. When I asked for a Contractor's License he said he had one but wouldn't give it to me. IF YOU LOOK UP SAN JOSE PLUMBERS THAT COMPANY IS NOT LISTED IN THE CALIFORNIA STATE LICENSE BOARD.

4/16/2021 UPDATE - WOULD NOT PROVIDE ANY CONTRACTOR'S STATE LICENSE BOARD INFORMATION. THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO REGISTER WITH THE CITY OF CUPERTINO IF CHARGES ARE OVER $500 - THEY CHARGED ME $760 ON MARCH 6, 2021 - I STILL HAVE NO RECEIPT FOR THEIR WORK. MY RECOMMENDATION....... ****BEFORE YOU PAY THEM**** ASK FOR THEIR CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE, ASK THEM FOR A WRITTEN, ITEMIZED RECEIPT.

They are professional and know what they are doing. You might think a union plumber would cost more, but you'd be wrong. Daniel came to our house and fixed our leaking toilet and also fixed the shut off valve. No more water leaking on the floor when we flush! Then he fixed the tub spout (which had been installed improperly by a non-union plumber). I'm so pleased with all of their work. It's quality work that I will not have to have fixed by someone else because they did it right the first time. I won't hesitate to hire them again.
